Praise: Camden mayor Lara Symkowiak at the official opening of Michelia Club on Saturday.

When the third and final neighbourhood centre, Michelia Club, was officially opened on Saturday it was the last piece of the puzzle for Harrington Grove.

Hundreds of local residents, Camden Mayor Lara Symkowiak, Member for Camden Chris Patterson, members of the trustee, council members, and other special guests attended the ceremony.

Following the official addresses from development director Trevor Jensen, Mayor of Camden Lara Symkowiak, Member for Camden Chris Patterson and Harrington Estates managing director Terry Goldacre, those attending stayed on to enjoy the facilities and refreshments on offer.

Mayor of Camden Lara Symkowiak congratulated “Terry and Trevor and all of Harrington Estates on a fantastic club here in Harrington Grove’’.

“You don’t need to look very far in our local government area to see that Harrington Estates really does produce exceptional and quality communities,” she said.

Chris Patterson, Member for Camden, was also full of praise for Michelia Club and Harrington Grove.

“Terry and his team have had the vision for estates of this quality for more than 20 years, but the fact that they over-exceed and over-deliver on those promises is extremely rare,” he says.

Harrington Estates says Michelia Club represents the class and quality that has become synonymous with Harrington Grove.

It contains a full sized tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue facilities, children’s playground, picnic areas, gazebo, communal seating areas and a gymnasium and is complemented by Harrington Grove Country Club and Magnolia Club.

“We have always been driven by the most discerning residents and are always seeking to do what is best for the neighbourhood as well as the greater Camden area,” says Terry Goldacre, managing director of Harrington Estates.

“When people go out looking for a home site or a home, they are looking for the type of lifestyle that they will be afforded, far beyond the bricks and mortar.’’

With fewer than 50 home sites remaining in Harrington Grove’s Dancerwood, there are limited opportunities to secure a piece of that lifestyle.

Dancerwood is the last release of its kind in Harrington Grove, surrounded by Harrington Forest and complete with large home sites and district views of Camden Valley.

“From the moment we sold the first home site 10 years ago, we have remained very committed to the vision of delivering resort-style facilities and a community that Camden can be proud of,’’ said Mr Goldacre, who is pictured below.
