Offer to small business in Campbelltown that’s too good to refuse: pay just $99 to participate in a training program to learn how to use digital tools.

Here is an offer to local small business in Campbelltown that is just too good to refuse.

In a bid to boost local small business, next month Campbelltown Council will host a training program on the digital revolution.

Those small businesses that participate will learn how to use digital tools to maximise their online presence to grow and prosper in a world of change.

But they will also save a lot of money because Campbelltown Council has secured the program – which normally costs $1,750 – for just $99 per local small business.

Council says this is an award winning capability building program designed to provide training and one-on-one coaching.

It will start on Tuesday, July 18.

A team of marketing specialists from the NSW Business Chamber – in partnership with Campbelltown City Council – will host a program aimed at providing participating local businesses with insights into their current operating environment, knowledge to elevate their market position and one-on-one coaching to help them implement the tools into their day-to-day operations.

Mayor of Campbelltown George Brticevic says the program is just one of several business support initiatives of council.

“Council sees working with small to medium enterprises to create local jobs for local people as an important step forward for the city’s future,’’ Cr Brticevic said.

“We are committed to making Campbelltown a more sustainable place, community and economy.

[social_quote duplicate=”no” align=”default”]“Small business is the backbone of any local economy, so I am very pleased that we’re able to provide this learning opportunity for Campbelltown businesses.[/social_quote]

“We know from feedback that digital marketing is an area that our local businesses are keen to do more in, so I encourage business representatives that are looking to develop their capacity in this area to register their interest.”

To participate in the program, businesses located in the Campbelltown LGA are invited to complete an online marketing health check which will provide them with a holistic view of their current marketing performance.

The first 20 businesses that complete the diagnostic will secure a position in the two month program, which includes:

♦ 4 x 2 hour workshops covering these vital online activities: Digital Strategy – Getting Started; Social Media Marketing; Attracting Leads to my Website; Google Adwords and Analytics.

♦ 1.5 hour coaching and mentoring session with a marketing specialist

♦ Graduation event, including certificate of participation.

♦ The program will be held at council’s staff training centre, 91 Queen Street, Campbelltown.

Spaces are limited for the program, so it is recommended that interested participants complete the health check and secure a spot early to avoid disappointment.
