This Friday, July 8, thirteen young people will have their chance to shine.

It will be their chance to show the world their ability, and a chance to experience the opportunity to feel like a VIP.

A Night to Shine is an inspirational evening where 13 local people with a disability and aged between 18 and 25 years, will be presented to their family, friends and to their local community.

The event is a partnership between Special Needs Ability Program Providers (SNAPP), Liverpool Catholic Club and south west charity Share Care.

A Night to Shine celebrates these 13 special people, their journey and achievements in reaching adulthood.

Local MP Chris Hayes has backed the event.

“I would like to congratulate SNAPP, Liverpool Catholic Club, Share Care and all those who have been involved in bringing this night together,” he said.

“It is an honour to be involved in this event.

“Their journey isn’t always an easy one and this night will definitely be an opportunity for them to shine,” Mr Hayes said.

The night promises to be emotionally charged and inspirational.

Tickets are just $50 each and include dinner and entertainment and are available by calling Lucy Reggio, 0419 698 157.
