Woman and two men hold up Airds service station

[dropcap]P[/dropcap]olice are investigating after an armed robbery at a service station near Campbelltown last night.

They say that around 10.30pm a woman and two men armed with a knife and hammer, entered a service station on Riverside Drive, Airds.

After threatening staff, they left the store with money. There were no reports of injury.

Officers from Campbelltown Police Area Command attended and commenced an investigation.

Police want to speak to one woman and two men that may be able to assist with inquiries.

The men have only been described to police as being of Caucasian appearance, aged 18-25, and of thin to solid build.

The woman is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged 18-20 and of large build.

At the time, all three were wearing face coverings.

Anyone with information is urged to come forward.

[dropcap]A [/dropcap]man has appeared in court charged with grievous bodily harm during an incident in Picton last week.

Emergency services were called to a licensed premises on Argyle Street, Picton around 6pm after reports a man had been assaulted.

Police were told the man was punched in the head a number of times by another man, before he fled the scene.

A 24-year-old man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Liverpool hospital.

Officers from Camden Police Area Command established a crime scene and launched an investigation into the incident.

Police say a 24-year-old man attended Narellan Police Station where he was arrested and charged.
