Appin Place only contains 26 house and land packages so ytou'd better hurry if you'd like one.
Appin Place offers comfortable, modern living in a unique environment at Appin.

Walker Corporation is proud to announce the imminent launch of Appin Place, a boutique master planned community at the very heart of the historic town of Appin.

This exclusive release is limited to just 26 home and land packages located next to the heritage listed – and about to be restored – Appin Inn.

The packages will be officially launched to market this Saturday, May 28.

Strong pre-sales registrations teamed with a high-demand for affordable, family housing in Appin is expected to result in the quick sale of these new homes.

Currently the only new home and land packages available in Appin, these large three to four bedroom family homes are detached, feature cosy landscaped backyards and include fencing, landscaping, driveway, letter box and clothes line.

Built on low maintenance lots, these homes are competitively priced and translate to outstanding value for money with home and land packages starting from only $580,300.

Chad Walker, Director of Master Planned Communities at Walker Corporation, said this week: “Purchasers will be pleasantly surprised by the level of care and consideration that has gone into the planning of this new community.

“We selected two of the region’s finest builders, Rawson and Wisdom Homes, to create custom home designs that complement the size and space of each individual lot.

“The layout and functionality of the homes have been designed with families in mind,’’ Mr Walker said.

“There are a range of homes to choose from and purchasers will have the opportunity to select colours and options for upgrades and additions.

[social_quote duplicate=”no” align=”default”]“Primed for families, this state of the art community will feature all the conveniences of a modern urban village including high speed broadband (NBN) connected to every home,” he added. [/social_quote]

Set amongst a beautifully landscaped streetscape, Appin Place represents a modern lifestyle, meticulous planning and attention to detail.

This is a place where buyers will feel right at home from day one.

This is a chance to be a part of the next chapter of this vibrant, welcoming township.

The community offers absolute convenience, just two minutes’ walk from the main street and its essential amenities, including a doctor’s surgery, IGA, bakery, restaurants, Appin Primary School, Appin Park and more.

Appin Place is located 15km south of Campbelltown, nestled amongst parks and bushland with the nearest beach just a 20 minute drive away.

This desirable location is surrounded by easy and immediate transport, with easy access to the Hume Highway, M5 Motorway and the rail network via Campbelltown station.

  1. A huge number of Appin residents are against any further building in our township.
We have poor public transportation and poor parking around our tinny shops. our main road is a death trap, our doctor’s are only open on weekdays and you have to book to get a table at our pub

  2. More cars with yet another entry exit point straight onto Appin Road putting our school kids lives at risk more than it already is. Already we have 27 entry exits in a distance of 650 metres.

  3. On a weekend it is not a 20 minutes to the beach, we cannot even get out of local streets as it is now because of traffic flowing through town. Just ask those who live along that stretch how long it takes to get out of their street or driveway . Mt Gilead will put another potential 70,000 cars on a road that is already at capacity at 10,000 per day now , With an accident approximately every six weeks on Appin road I hope purchasers realise the last time Appin Rd was closed it was over a two hr trip through Douglas park weir and Broughton pass .

  4. Where’s the public transport for new towns being built? To catch a train I have to drive to Macarthur Square due to our pityful minimum bus services. Not everyone drives so those that work in the city can’t even leave their cars at home.
