A range of new architecturally designed homes have been revealed by Dahua Group Australia in New Breeze, located in Bardia.

Parkside Residences will be intertwined with three new expansive parks and playground facilities spanning over 6.5 hectares.

Development approval was recently granted for Parkside, comprising 700 land lots.

“The architecturally designed homes are capturing the attention of a wide mix of local buyers from Liverpool, Fairfield, Camden and Macarthur regions,’’ says Jesse Johnson, sales manager for New Breeze.

“The open floor plan, expansive living spaces and private backyard will suit people that love to entertain. More than 200 people have registered their interest in the Parkside Residences.”

Two and four bed multi storey home designs are available.

The homes boast light and spacious living areas with excellent solar access, functional living spaces that open onto private backyards, a lock-up garage and gourmet kitchen with stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances.

New Breeze will comprise 1,280 new homes with a range of housing types. The development will include large high quality parks and playgrounds, a sports oval, bike and cycle paths and 40 hectares of open spaces for recreational activities.

The project is eight kilometres from Liverpool’s CBD and is at the gateway to the expanding Sydney South West Growth Centre with easy access to the proposed second airport at Badgerys Creek.

Liverpool Westfield, Casula Mall and Crossroad Homemaker Centre are all within a 10 to 15 minute drive.

Twelve public and private schools including Macquarie Fields High School and William Carey Christian School are also within a 15 minute drive.

The sales office is located at 77 Bardia Avenue, Bardia. For further information and to register your interest in New Breeze visit www.newbreeze.com.au or call 1300 832 482.

  1. It is a pity that there will not be any cricket in the backyard at mum’s on this estate or any in the new suburbs. Obesity is going to be the greatest health problems in these areas even though it already is obscene
