Wests Tigers coach Jason Taylor has named his team for the Round 17 NRL match against the Parramatta Eels next Monday, July 6 at ANZ Stadium.

Origin selections and injuries have forced Taylor into making substantial changes to the side that capitulated to the Penrith Panthers last Sunday.

With Robbie Farah and Aaron Woods selected in the NSW Blues’ team today, both Dene Halatau and Manaia Cherrington return to the Wests Tigers’ line-up.

Halatau will captain the side after missing Sunday’s match against Penrith due to a groin strain.

Nathan Milone will play his second NRL match on Monday night, replacing Tim Simona who injured his ankle against the Panthers.

The 21-year-old Dundas Shamrocks junior made his debut earlier this year in Round 13 against the Gold Coast Titans at Leichhardt Oval.

Wests Tigers’ NSW Cup team have the bye this round, with Watson Heleta and Junior Tatola returning to the Holden Cup side for their clash with Parramatta.
