Taking shape: Catherine Park Estate.

New traffic lights at the intersection of Catherine Park Drive, Oran Park Drive and Forest Grove Drive are now fully operational.

It means there is a faster, safer and more efficient thoroughfare along Oran Park Drive.

With access to the new housing estate now via Catherine Park Drive, the new lights provide an impressive entry point into Catherine Park Estate.

But they also allow for easy access to the estate’s first land release known as St James and the sales office, which is located within the historic and Catherine Park House.

“This new intersection brings us one step closer to delivering our vision for our new community,’’ says Trevor Jensen, the development director of Harrington Estates.

“Catherine Park Estate is unfolding into a very special place to live, and is an estate that Harrington Estates is proud to be delivering,” Mr Jensen said.

The extensive development taking place in the Macarthur area has required equally extensive provision of new infrastructure to manage the growth in population.

Implementing these upgrades in a timely and unobtrusive way has required cooperation between land developer Harrington Estates, Camden Council, RMS NSW and the wider community.

Catherine Park Estate is perfectly situated amidst the growing community, transport connections, schools, shopping centres and recreation facilities of the Macarthur region and South West Sydney.

Catherine Park has been designed to offer a sophisticated, modern lifestyle for residents.
